How Personal Development Coaching Works

So what is a life coach? A life coach is someone who works with you to make progress in your life by enabling you to gain greater clarity around where you want to go and how you are going to get there from today's starting point. You work directly with me, your personal coach. Coaching sessions occur two times per month for 60 minutes or three times per month for 40 minutes. Coaching is conducted by phone, which means you can be located anywhere in the world. We currently have clients in Asia Pacific, Europe and North America

If after the free starter session we decide to work together we will send you a Welcome Pak. Please see below for the components of the Welcome Pak, the industry standards which are in accordance with How I Coach as well as basic Coaching Session Agenda. Please do contact us with any questions.
